Gold Award, Girl Scouts
March 2018
Working with a community garden and local college students, I created a curriculum and edible garden to teach elementary aged students about the benefits of growing their own vegetables. The Girl Scout Gold Award is the highest award a Girl Scout can earn. A girl who has earned this award has succeeded in bettering their community.
